We truly could not have had a better experience purchasing our first home with Rick. My husband and I went in totally blind and brand new to this experience and Rick guided us through it all with ease. He really went above and beyond to find us our dream first home. And in moments when we were nervous, lost or unsure we always had the reoccurring thought that Rick has our back and best interest in mind and will will take care of us and that’s exactly what he did. Really couldn’t have had a better experience and we are so grateful that our first time home buying experience was able to be such a positive one we look back on so fondly. His knowledge and expertise was so refreshing and his love and passion for his job is so clear, I do not know how he manages to do it all but he does it all with ease! Rick was a great realtor. This was our first time buying a home and he made the process really easy to understand. Anytime we had a question along the way he never made us feel as if we were bothering him and was more than helpful in answering our questions. We didn’t know what to expect from our realtor especially since we did not know Rick personally before working with him, we were referred to him by a friend but Rick ended up feeling more like a friend rather than a realtor.
